Demo Derby General Admission Wristbands are Available for Purchase On-Site Only at the Ticket Booth inside the Fair at the Grandstand Entrance beginning when the Fair opens for that day until a sellout is reached. Wristbands are only sold for that day's events only. Those wishing to purchase wristbands early in the day and return at a later time that day, must enter the Fair with a general admission ticket to purchase demo event wristbands, and be sure to get your hand stamped upon exiting for approved re-entry for when you return to avoid having to purchase another general admission ticket when you return.

Looking to host a unique get together at the Fair to watch the Demo Derbies? Private Viewing Booths available for rent for up to twenty guests.

• As of June 1, Private Demo Booths for Saturday & Sunday have sold out.
• As of July 12, Private Demo Booths for Friday have sold out.
• As of August 31, Private Demo Booths for Monday have sold out.

Private Demo Booth Rental Additional Information:

• Sales for Booths Rentals will begin on Tuesday, May 16 at 10am by calling the office at (413) 584-2237
• All renters need to complete a Booth registration form they will be sent via email and return their Booth registration form with payment in order to confirm
• Rental fee includes designated booth with twenty (20) chairs & twenty (20) wristbands per day for your guests to access your booth
• Does not include General Admission ticket(s) to the Fair; Admission tickets to the Fair are scheduled to go on sale, Friday, July 1 exclusively on 3countyfair.com
• Booths are available to rent on a single event day or multi-event days basis
• Rental fee is $350 per booth per event day
• $100 per booth non-refundable deposit required to confirm your rental
• All booths must be paid in full by August 11
• All booths are assigned at the fair management’s discretion as to which booth you are assigned
• Children Age 3 & under do not need wristbands
• Renters must be able to pick up wristbands beginning on Monday, August 21-Thursday, August 31 at the Fair office during normal business hours
• Lost or misplaced wristbands can not be replaced
• Access to your booth is allowed two (2) hours prior to event start time
• Only alcohol purchased from the Fair can be brought into your Demo Booth
