Looking to host a unique get together at the Fair to watch the Demo Derbies? Private Viewing Booths available for rent for up to twenty guests.
** DEMO BOOTHS ARE SOLD OUT ** Private Demo Booth Rental Additional Information:
- DEPOSITS for Booths Rentals will begin on Friday May 9, 2025 at 10am ONLINE ONLY
- Rental fee includes designated booth with twenty (20) chairs & twenty (20) wristbands per day for your guests to access your booth
- Does not include General Admission ticket(s) to the Fair; Admission tickets to the Fair are scheduled to go on sale, Tuesday, July 1st exclusively on 3countyfair.com
- Booths are available to rent on a single event day or multi-event days basis
- Rental fee is $400 per booth per event day
- $100 per booth non-refundable deposit required to confirm your rental
- All booths must be paid in full by August 8
- All booths are assigned at the fair management’s discretion as to which booth you are assigned
- Children Age 3 & under do not need wristbands
- Renters must be able to pick up wristbands beginning on Monday, August 18-Thursday, August 28 at the Fair office during normal business hours
- Lost or misplaced wristbands can not be replaced
- Access to your booth is allowed two (2) hours prior to event start time
- Only alcohol purchased from the Fair can be brought into your Demo Booth
