DEMO BOOTH RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
•Booths are available to rent on a single day or multi-day basis; rental fee is $400 per day
•$100 per booth non-refundable deposit required to reserve your rental to be paid by credit card
•All booths must be paid in full by Friday, August 8th by calling the office (remaining amount can be paid with cash, check or credit card)
•All booths are assigned at the Fair Management’s discretion
•Rental fee includes designated booth with twenty (20) chairs and twenty (20) wristbands per day for your guests to access your booth
•Does not include General Admission ticket(s) to the Fair; Admission tickets to the Fair are scheduled to go on sale, Tuesday, July 1st exclusively on
www.3countyfair.com •Children ages 3 & under do not need wristbands
•Groups can pick up their wristbands Monday, August 18th to Thursday, August 28th at the Fair office
•Lost or misplaced wristbands cannot be replaced
•Access to your booth will begin two (2) hours prior to start time
•Only alcohol purchased from the Fair can be brought into your Demo Booth
